Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Bit Benders collects on this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

Effective date: October 22, 2026

Who operates this site

This website is operated by Bit Benders LLC, based in Lehi, Utah. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Bit Benders,” it means that company.

If you have a privacy question or want us to delete information we hold about you, email info@bitbenders.net or use the contact page.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PBZM1BP32T) to understand how people use the site. Google sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and collects usage data, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information (for example, browser type, operating system, and screen size).

We use that information to see which pages are visited, how visitors find the site, and where the experience breaks. We do not use Analytics to sell advertising against your visit, and we do not sell this data.

Google’s own privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you do not want Analytics to collect data from your browser.

Contact form

If you send a project brief through the contact form, we collect the name, work email, company, topic, and message you provide. We use that information only to reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell contact form submissions or use them for unrelated marketing lists.

Companies that process data for us

We use a short list of service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf and only for the purpose we hired them:

  • Google Analytics — site usage measurement, as described above.
  • Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare may process request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and the pages requested) as part of serving and protecting the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Brevo — delivers email when we respond to inquiries. See Brevo’s privacy policy.

How long we keep information

Analytics data is kept for as long as our Google Analytics retention setting allows, then expires automatically. Contact form messages and related email stay with us while we are answering you and for a reasonable time afterward as a business record, then we delete them. Cloudflare keeps security and delivery logs according to its own retention schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bitbenders.net and we will handle the request. You can also stop Analytics collection in your browser with the opt-out add-on linked above, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means the new version applies to later visits.
